a very good ability to judge their capabilities and integrity.

Bart came here from Michigan having been in the construction industry up there and seems to have had some very good experience in putting buildings together as well dealing with people. I have found it to be a rare combination for an individual to be a good project manager with a good understanding of the business and at the same time be able to deal with customers in

Bart Grzebinski was the construction manager on our
renovation project in 2006-2007.

He oversaw and managed the sub-contractors in a professional and timely manner. His bidding and billing process was efficient and detailed, and he was responsive to any problems that occurred.
